No matter what we may be struggling with, we can all benefit from a safe and open space to process our unique issues. No problem is too small to share with someone who can help you explore ways to deal with it and to improve your overall quality of life.
I feel very passionate about this process and about walking alongside my clients as they endeavor along this journey.
I believe strongly in the power of therapy and a multi-faceted approach to treatment in which the various components of one’s struggles can be addressed. It is important to me to customize treatment to the individual client as we are all unique and respond differently to various approaches. I believe it is important to work with the style and pace of each individual according to their specific needs
