What is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)?

DBT is an evidence-based treatment that empowers people to build a rich and meaningful life. DBT is an empirically supported treatment for a range of struggles, including general emotion dysregulation or impulsivity, substance use, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder

This group provides a twice-monthly opportunity to continue improving your DBT skills and applying them to personal goals while getting support from a DBT expert and a small group of peers.

Graduate groups are for people who have successfully completed a DBT Skills Group, either at Proactive Therapy or elsewhere.
